2.1. Product Display: We make every effort to display the colours and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, the colours you see depend on your computer monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your display will accurately reflect the product's actual colour.

While we aim to keep our website up to date, we cannot guarantee that all items shown will be in stock at the time you place your order. If a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you promptly to offer a substitute or a full refund.

4.4. International Shipping and Import Duties:
EU and US: For orders shipped to the EU and the US, we send them on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means we are responsible for and will pay all import duties and taxes on your behalf. There will be no extra charges for import duties or VAT upon delivery. Please note that due to recent changes in US trade policy, there may be additional duty applied at checkout. We are monitoring this situation closely and will keep you updated as soon as possible.
Other Countries: For orders shipped outside the UK, EU, and US, you are responsible for paying any and all import duties, customs fees, and value-added taxes (VAT) imposed by the destination country's customs authorities. We cannot be held responsible for the time it takes for your order to clear customs. We always provide the correct paperwork, but you are responsible for paying any applicable import charges.
5.1. Right to Cancel: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and return an item for a full refund within 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
